Treat yourself to a yoga retreat in paradise. Your home for the 7 nights is directly on Bluff Beach in Bocas del Toro, Panama overlooking the open Caribbean Ocean. The sand is deep and soft and the beach is almost deserted. Your twice daily yoga sessions will take place on our huge wrap around porch cooled by the ocean breeze. Relax in Savasana at the end of your class with the sounds of parrots and the chatter of monkeys. Enjoy invigorating flow yoga classes in the morning - suitable for all levels of experience. The afternoon sessions will focus on restorative yoga, meditation and gentle flow yoga. Experience Swing Yoga - hanging from the trees at the beach.
The retreat houses are environmentally friendly including solar power, rain water collection and organic farming practices. The beach front house has 4 bedrooms with a huge wrap around porch for dining and yoga - overlooking the Caribbean. There is also a 2 bedroom guest cottage with jungle and garden views. Our 4 acre property is located at Bluff Beach with jungle paths leading to our 150 acre organic farm complete with grazing cattle and chickens.
There will be plenty of spare time to enjoy the Bocas del Toro Archipelago. The area is comprised of many small islands, reefs and the open ocean. Optional excursions include: snorkelling, dolphin watching, scuba diving, surfing and surf lessons, island hopping, horseback riding or just enjoy one of the many hammocks and a good book. The town of Bocas has many interesting shops and restaurants to explore.
Your retreat includes:
* a very exclusive retreat with a maximum of 10 participants
* shared accommodation in one of the beautiful bedrooms with deck or patio for 7 nights and one overnight in Panama City
* two yoga classes daily at the retreat property
* breakfast, lunch and dinner daily while at the retreat property (mostly local organic vegetarian)
* round trip ground transportation to the Bocas del Toro airport
* 4 hour day tour of Panama City

Copa Air now has direct flights from Toronto to Panama City. These flights are excellent as you are able to arrive at the retreat on the same day without overnighting in Panama City. Please contact us for advice before booking your international travel as you may have to book to arrive the day prior to the retreat depending on flight times.
