Learn skillful ways to manage stress and difficult emotions and to be good to yourself along the way.
These brief 20 minute meditations are led by Jennifer Copeland MN RN, Trauma & Contemplative Therapist.
These online classes are designed to be completed in the comfort of your home during our COVID closure. Our online system is very user friendly and the meditation classes run multiple times each week. Students can use their credits to book the meditations at times that work for your schedule.
* The practices will be geared towards young adults but are open to anyone to join. Adults will benefit too!
