Stephanie Slater is a Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Pilates Instructor. Prior to her teaching career, Stephanie danced professionally with The Royal Danish Ballet, The National Ballet of Canada and LaLaLa Human Steps. Throughout her dance career, Stephanie practiced Yoga and Pilates to help maintain the physical and mental strength required to keep up with her demanding performance schedule. After a dance-related injury caused her to change career paths, Stephanie decided to cultivate her love of movement and body awareness by becoming a Yoga and Pilates teacher.
