Jillian Cook has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 15 years. She is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, and received her training at The Expanding Light, California. She teaches yoga classes to business, educational and health care professionals, and at retirement homes. Since 2007 she has been the leader of the Gentle Yoga classes for Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation.
