Join us for a 6 week series of embodied practices for cultivating calm and inner balance.
We will explore subtle body practices such as:
QiGong, a gentle movement practice for tuning in.
Yang Flows for enhancing Qi (vital energy) and for building strength and resilience.
Mindfulness Meditation for settling the distracted mind and for developing insight.
Help clear stress-related energy blocks, stabilize your "lead" energy and begin a practice of deep self-care.
